Abstract: The Trans Nzoia County Climate Change Action Plan 2023?2027 sets out a coordinated framework for addressing climate risks and building local resilience. Developed through ward-level consultations, the plan identifies climate vulnerabilities in agriculture, environment, water, health, and disaster management. Priority actions include reforestation, renewable energy deployment, flood mitigation infrastructure, and strengthening water systems.
