Abstract: In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 23A(2), 23E(9), and 23I of the Climate Change Act (Cap. 387A), the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change, and Forestry hereby makes the following regulations, titled The Climate Change (Carbon Markets) Regulations.
