Abstract: This report documents how climate change disproportionately affects people with disabilities across developing regions including Kenya, Nepal, Bangladesh, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vanuatu. It details the impacts of droughts, floods, cyclones, rising sea levels, and environmental degradation on their access to water, food, livelihoods, and mobility. Drawing from field programs and local testimonies, it showcases inclusive disaster preparedness, climate-resilient livelihoods, and policy advocacy. The report calls for systemic inclusion of disabled communities in climate action frameworks, promoting early warning systems, targeted relief, and partnerships with organizations of persons with disabilities.
