Abstract: This study explores Kenya?s commitment to net-zero healthcare under COP26. Based on interviews and a Delphi workshop, it identifies 14 action components including leadership, policy, behavioral change, financing, and monitoring. Barriers include infrastructure gaps, competing health priorities, and limited strategic coordination. Actions like hospital solarization, gardens, localized data systems, and sustainable healthcare policies are prioritized for feasibility. Kenya?s leadership in climate-health integration is emphasized, offering replicable insights for LMICs and national frameworks.
