Abstract: This report explores how incubators and accelerators can support women climate entrepreneurs across seven African countries. It identifies barriers such as limited finance, weak mentorship, and gender bias. Four strategic pillars are proposed: technical assistance, financial innovation, network building, and ecosystem engagement. The study includes stakeholder interviews, case studies, and a framework for inclusive climate innovation. It recommends gender-responsive programming and climate finance instruments to expand opportunities for women-led climate solutions.
