Abstract: This COP document details GCF disbursements (USD 1B in 2024), strategic reforms (regional operating model, rapid disbursement), and replenishment (USD 12.8B pledged by 34 countries). It reviews portfolio metrics?mitigation/adaptation split, REDD+, readiness funding, and Kenya?s NAP support. It proposes updates to accreditation and performance strategy.
