Abstract: This manual details Kenya?s Pre-Export Verification of Conformity (PVOC) regime for imports. Anchored in Legal Notices 78, 212, and 53, PVOC ensures goods comply with Kenya Standards and health/safety rules before entry. It defines certification routes (A, B, C), inspection fees, regional contractor assignments, and documentation procedures for Certificates of Conformity and Roadworthiness.
