Abstract: This interim report documents the development of a mobile demonstration kitchen designed to promote electric cooking in Kenya. Developed under eCAP by Kenya Power, MECS, and UK PACT, it enables outreach via live cooking demos in underserved areas. The kitchen is equipped with branded appliances and water systems, supporting behavioral change and demand stimulation for electricity. Despite procurement delays, the initiative aligns with Kenya's clean cooking goals and targets improved public health, reduced emissions, and household energy cost reduction.
