The report quantifies infrastructure, health, and ecosystem damages caused by plastic pollution, and draws on precedents from climate lawsuits. It discusses damage modeling, cost recovery tools, and policy linkage to EPR frameworks and transparency standards. It makes a strong case for shifting the burden of plastic harm from governments to corporate originators.
