Abstract: This article applies game theory and media framing analysis to examine Kenya?s climate finance diplomacy. Based on over 1,300 media articles analyzed via Meltwater AI, the study finds Kenya strategically positioning itself as both a vulnerable nation entitled to loss and damage compensation and a climate investment hub. It explores Kenya?s messaging at COP 28 and broader regional leadership. Recommendations include stronger citizen-private-public partnerships, restoration efforts, and global finance reform advocacy to enhance Kenya?s attractiveness for sustainable climate investments.
