Abstract: This strategic document defines Kenya?s national roadmap for net-zero energy emissions by 2050. It centers six technologies?green hydrogen, clean cooking, renewables, carbon capture, energy efficiency, and EVs. Investment needs exceed USD 600 billion. Power and transport are the focus sectors. The plan includes modeling tools, job creation projections, fiscal strategies, stakeholder consultations, and risk mitigation mechanisms. Kenya aims to lead Africa in hydrogen exports, green manufacturing, and climate-smart industrial development.
