Abstract: This paper details a strategic roadmap for deploying DC fast charging stations along the Nairobi?Thika corridor. Kenya Power?s infrastructure is analyzed for load curves, substation redundancy, and investment recovery. A techno-economic model using 240kW chargers and grid topology planning shows a 3.84-year payback and a benefit-cost ratio over 13. The strategy integrates land availability, voltage optimization, spatial analysis, and regulatory incentives for EV adoption. It calls for off-peak tariffs, public?private partnerships, and grid expansion policies to enable clean mobility. Diagrams, load simulations, and financial flows position fast-charging infrastructure as both profitable and transformative. Kenya?s climate mitigation and transport electrification targets guide the narrative. The document also proposes curriculum upgrades and workforce development for grid planners and energy technicians.
