Abstract: This climate action plan integrates hazard mapping, vulnerability assessments, and strategic adaptation priorities across Tharaka Nithi County?s sectors. Using PCRA inputs from all wards, it identifies floods, droughts, and temperature extremes as major climate threats. It provides sector-specific interventions covering agriculture, water resources, infrastructure, health, tourism, energy, and manufacturing. Financing flows are projected at KES 4.3 billion through CCCF, donor support, and development grants
