Abstract: This document reviews the progress made in implementing Kenya?s National Adaptation Plan (NAP) 2015?2030 within the agriculture sector, which includes crops, livestock, and fisheries. The review highlights key initiatives to enhance climate resilience across value chains through climate-smart agriculture, indigenous knowledge systems, early warning mechanisms, drought-tolerant crops, and aquaculture innovations. It captures enabling policy environments, multi-level coordination, gender responsiveness, financial mobilization, and the incorporation of adaptation into county and national development planning. Despite positive strides, the report notes a lack of indicators and baseline data, which hinders precise tracking of adaptation outcomes.
