Abstract: This paper critically examines the role of Multinational Corporations (MNCs) in natural resource management in developing countries, with a specific focus on Kenya. MNCs often dominate the exploration and exploitation of natural resources in these regions due to their significant financial resources and technical expertise. While developing countries anticipate economic benefits from these engagements, there are also adverse effects on social and political stability.
