Abstract: The Red List Index (RLI) for Kenya assesses the survival probability of species within the country, weighted by the fraction of each species' distribution occurring within Kenya. This index ranges from 1, indicating that the country has minimally contributed to the global Red List Index (i.e., all species in the country are classified as Least Concern), to 0, indicating maximum contribution (i.e., all species in the country are classified as Extinct or Possibly Extinct.
