Abstract: The objective of IHS Kenya Green Housing SCSp Fund (the â??Fundâ?) is to provide Investors with medium to long-term capital growth through real estate investments. Investments will be in newly developed,resource efficient and residential affordable housing properties of high energy efficiency standards located in Kenya with the overall aim to contribute to the environmental transition of Kenya. The properties must be affordable to the growing low-middle income portion of the market,which is currently an under-serviced part of the market in Kenya.
