Abstract: This chapter provides information about the context,objective and methodology of this study. It introduces the main concepts which lie at the heart of the research used in the study â?? climate change and quality infrastructure â?? in the setting of Sub-Saharan Africa. Finally,it examines the relationship between climate change and quality infrastructure.
