Abstract: Coffee is an essential player in Kenya’s agricultural industry, yet it has suffered a steady decline in production in the past 40 years. The sector can confront these challenges by incorporating Sustainable Consumption and Production Practices (SCPs) across the coffee value chain, which could both revitalize the industry and mitigate its contribution to climate change. This policy brief explores the potential integration of SCPs and their benefits across the coffee production chain.
