Abstract: This report reviews the state of food and agricultural systems in East Africa with a ‘planet- and people-positive’ lens. It explores what is being done to transform systems to provide fair and decent livelihood opportunities for all, while maintaining or enhancing natural resources and ecosystems. It considers what more must be done to achieve these goals in Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda.
