Abstract: The Kenya National Energy Efficiency and Conservancy Strategy (NEECS) was developed to further enhance ongoing efforts, by providing a roadmap towards setting and achieving energy efficiency goals. This strategy has established targets in the five thematic sectors to be accomplished within a five-year timeline up to 2025.
