Abstract: The overall objective of the baseline study is to take into account the status of the Paris Agreement at the national level, CSOs capacity and involvement in the implementation of the NDCs, LEDS and Climate Finance as well as mapping relevant initiatives of different stakeholders, their actions, and mechanism of coordination between key partners. The methodology of the study included a combination literature review from reports, policy papers, and consultation from government and civil society officials amongst other stakeholders.
